It is always a pleasure to find something that does not trigger an allergic reaction (pork,fish,shellfish). Some of the reviews are not good, but I bought this anyway. What appeared to be a big chunk of grease was actually something else - probably kugel. It tasted great although the texture may bother some people. This is a shelf stable food good for almost three more years. The price is expensive, but I liked it. It actually wasn't greasy. I have been experiencing intestinal issues lately, but this did not cause any issues. I would buy this again.

Received this package and thought I would eat it. The directions say heat for 3 minutes and I heated for 2 minutes 45 seconds. Was almost too hot. I vented the film covering food by cutting into it with a knife and making a 3 inch slit. The plastic film sealing the food has NO tab, so after heating I could not grip the plastic and had to use small scissors to cut film while very hot food. I then noticed my hands were covered in thick grease. I thought that was odd. Washed my hands and noticed that the knife and scissors had a thick white grease film covering it after a few seconds in water. It was very gross. Smells great and tastes great. I mean it tasted amazing, BUT, the food was more of a casserole and nothing was separated. No problem. I noticed that after eating I was so full, I thought I would throw up. Very unusual, since it was not a big meal. If my hands touched the food anywhere, it was very greasy. I realized that Grease or lard is main ingredient. I did not get sick but purposely made myself throw it up. The reason is if it is that much grease or lard in the meal then I would have the runs or worse later that evening. Without being gross, everything that came up was incredibly greasy and had to be rinsed and scrubbed several times. A fun fact, the grease or lard even coating my stomach made me feel 100% full till next morning. Since I had no food in stomach that is weird. Like I thought, I had diarrhea middle of night real bad and that is with 99% of the food not in my stomach any longer. I do NOT recommend this product for mankind or animals. I have some of their different meals and will test them to see if this greasy before even cooking but I suspect it is. Would not give to even animals. It will fill you up but I cannot imagine how bad it is for your health.

These taste very good. The meat is soft and tender. The meals are filling and taste great paired with hot white rice. They are super easy to prepare and can save you time. The only downside is sometimes the meat was very salty. They are more expensive because preparing Kosher beef takes more time and has to be supervised by a rabbi. They have a shelf life of 3 years, so these meals can be saved for emergencies or when you don’t feel like cooking.

They are good. Small portion size but filling. Healthy meal. Exceptional quality for a prepackaged meal. Easy to use -- just put in the microwave for a few minutes. Great for when you are traveling or just need a quick meal.

This meal was deliciously filling and super easy and quick to prepare in the microwave. It's what I call a "cozy" meal. It's comfort food! It's a good value for the money.

I stored this meal for quite a while, and it held up perfectly! When I finally tried it, it was surprisingly delicious — flavorful and satisfying. It’s great to have on hand for travel, camping, or emergencies. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient, long-lasting meal that actually tastes good! Good price and it was filling as well.

I Love this Company . Enjoy their other Entrees so I was VERY Disappointed in this entree. the taste wasn't awful but the Texture was like dog food . Hardly any meat . What Meat there was was Mashed up .Disgusting . Looks nothing like the Picture on the front . I'ts insulting to charge the money you charge for this . My elderly mother can't afford this. Shame on you x
