What are the measurements to this desk organizer? I can't find on the page.

From the Seller’s Product Information section: 9.6 x 4.7 x 4.3 inches

It's made of metal and I am using mine at work and i love it, am able to clean my desk up and the organizer looks very nice.

What are the 3 dimensions of the drawer?

The INSIDE of the notched drawer is exactly 3-1/8" wide, 4-1/8" deep (front to back), and 2-1/2" tall. Four or five pads of 3" x 3" sticky notes will easily fit in...and that leaves an inch to spare at the rear of the drawer. The SPACE that the drawer slides INTO is exactly 3-12 wide, 4-3/8" deep, and 2-1/2" tall. Now that you have all of that information, you will STILL be as confused as I am by the official description of the feature: "Small notched supply drawer pulls out to hold 2.5" x 3" notes." Most sticky notes are 3x3 and those WILL fit in. ANYTHING that is LESS than 3-1/8" wide, 4-1/8" deep , and 2-1/2" tall will fit in that drawer---and that includes 2.5" x 3" notes, 2" x 2" notes, and even a good supply of confetti. Be advised to store your glitter elsewhere: this drawer has 24 small ventilation holes in the front which will allow your glitter to escape and make your work area either untidy or decorated---depending on your attitude. ;)

What are the dimensions of the individual pen holders?

They're about 2in x 3in. They're bigger than they look in the picture and hold quite a bit of pens, pencils and other things like ruler and scissors.
