My mistake
I assumed (!) that this was a standard US set of measuring cups since I had never seen anything like what this turned out to be. (1/4, 1/3, 1/2 and 1 cup is normal in a US set of 4) The two smaller cups were standard US measure and the 2 larger ones were odd metric sizes, not convert-able to 1/2 and 1 cup US measure. So beware. I didn't return them because it was more trouble and cost than made sense. I kept the 2 smaller cups and recycled the 2 oddballs. If someone had reviewed these I would have noticed this, so I am reviewing this for you, so you aren't bothered with this mystery. (The mystery is WHY? Why are they offered this way?)

Learning my lesson about reviews
Bought this for my little girl who is turning out to be a great mini chef! I thought I was buying regular measuring cups! Next time I will be reading reviews and product discription. I think the larger cup is close enough to use as a 2/3 cup and the .48 cup well I guess it will make a good coffee/tea scoop.

Does stainless steel rust? I think not.
I wrote a review when I received these, believing they are stainless steel. Well, stainless steel does not rust, this set of measuring cups RUST>

Do not recommend
I got my money back, and recycled these. The two largest measurements were not an American size, and didn't seem to even be a metric size. Of course though they were made in China.

these are not the standard sizes of measuring cups!!!
Couldn't find anywhere in the description that this was not the standard cup sizes. It is not. Some crazy 68ths and such. Kinda feel cheated.
