High quality material, but most importantly, it relieved neck pain.
I have a desk job and have spent years sitting at a computer without any major issues, but more recently I’ve been experiencing significant neck pain. My posture hasn’t changed, so I couldn’t understand why the pain started. After doing some research online, I came across this device and also decided to try a new pillow. I bought both, and since then I’ve been pain-free most days. When the discomfort does come back, using this device for just 15 minutes relieves the pain for several days. That tells me this device—more than the pillow—is what’s actually helping, though I’m not willing to experiment by removing the pillow just to find out. I’d rather avoid the pain altogether. One small drawback: the Velcro straps (the hook side) on the left have very sharp corners, and they can dig into your neck during use. This is easy to fix by simply rounding the corners of the straps with scissors, which completely eliminates the issue. The device works perfectly fine without additional modifications, full stop. Another optional improvement: the hand pump is attached using standard Luer lock connectors. This was actually the primary deciding factor for me when purchasing the device, because I immediately saw the possibility of an easy upgrade. If you want to enhance usability, you can replace the manual hand pump with a low-pressure battery-powered pump—the type used for inflating beach balls, not car tires. The advantage is that you can set a specific pressure and return to the exact same inflated level at the press of a button, without guessing. If you prefer having both options, you can add a Luer lock T-connector so both the manual and powered pumps remain attached. Use the hand pump to fine-tune the device to your ideal comfort level, then use the powered pump to read the exact pressure. Once you know the right setting, you can save it on the pump and reach the perfect inflation level every single time. My only reason for writing this review is to help someone else decide whether this device might help them the way it helped me. Neck pain is literally a pain in the neck, and this device has brought me tremendous relief. I’m not using any medications, so there’s no possibility that my results are from another therapeutic route. I genuinely hope some of you experience the same relief and improved comfort that I have.

High Quality for a Low Price!
This is a high quality device made with quality materials. It is actually way better than I had expected. I've used it many times and it has not failed. It's adjustable so you can fit it to your own requirements. It also works to relieve the pain going down into my shoulder and arm. My brother paid several hundred dollars on Amazon for another much more expensive device which worked for him but I achieved the same results for $25 plus tax! Pretty amazing if you ask me. Just get it!

Works well for neck stiffness and pain
I bought this inflatable cervical neck traction device to help with neck stiffness and tension from long hours of sitting and using the computer. The device is easy to set up and inflate, and I like that the pressure is adjustable so you can control how much stretch you want. After using it for about 10–15 minutes, I felt a gentle stretch in my neck and some relief from tightness. It is lightweight and portable, so it’s convenient to use at home or while traveling. The material feels comfortable, although it may take a few tries to find the right inflation level. Overall, it works well for temporary neck relaxation and posture relief. Just make sure not to over-inflate and follow the recommended usage time.

Effective and reliable device
This device is not only extremely economical, it far surpasses the old traction device I had which needed to be manually inflated. It charges rapidly and inflates easily. It delivers effective pain relief.

Works to remove the pain in my neck.
I love this, I offen get a pain in my neck, when I do I put this on and pump it up till I feel a nice gentle pull on my neck, I a bit I feel that pull lesson and I just give it a few more pumps till I feel just a nice comfortable pull on my neck again. I may do this 2 or 3 times, then I just leave it for about 15 or 20 minutes before I release the air pressure, my neck always feels great after doing this, its a nice way to put you neck in traction. I have had this for 3 months now, it has been a great investment and very easy to travel with. I do not deflat it all the way when I remove it just because it is easier to pump back up. When I travel with it I then deflat it completely and place it in its carry bag.

It did not work for me but it might for you
I've had spinal surgery on my neck front and back. I have a pinched nerve in my left upper and side shoulder which is extremely painful. With my insurance I was able to go see a therapist which I thought was a waste of time but to my surprise I laid face down on a table with a hole for my face to go through. She gently pulled on my head to stretch my spine and the pain was instantly gone. Anyway she gave me exercises to do and I ordered this to see if I could get the same result which I did not. It seems to be a well made item and it might work for you but it didn't for me.

Either bad quality or defective item
Worked good when it worked I used it for a few days when I bought it stored it somewhere where it shouldn’t have any reason to get damaged and when I tried using it again it won’t hold air. I tried tightening the little knob that traps the air by the pump more and that did nothing I tried trapping the air with the little ball in the upper part of the tube and air still escaped and that only left one thing the air was escaping from the tubes that hold the air around the neck. I pumped air in again and listened and I can hear air escaping from within the neck area I’ve used it maybe 4 days at most and not even that high of a pressure maybe I got some old tubes or defective product idk but sure wish it was working right now. I can’t see any damage so it’s something that happened in the interior

Helps my neck
I get frequent headaches from pain in my right shoulder and it goes up the right side of my neck (assuming the computer is the culprit). I do go to the chiropractor once a month. I purchased this in hopes that it would help the neck and relieve pain. It has done just that. It has definitely helped with the pressure. The air does leak out gradually during use but you can give it a couple of pumps and it is good to go. This has definitely helped.
