Does this pillow hold heat?

I don’t personally find the pillow holds heat.

Is the company supposed to send an extra bag of foam? I expected it and did not receive it.

I just read that it said it comes with 20% extra foam than other pillows and that it's adjustable so you could add or remove foam as needed. I also had read a review that said she asked for extra foam and they sent it to her. I ordered the body pillow and I did not get extra foam. I'm drying mine as we speak so it'll fluff up, if it doesn't then I'll be requesting extra foam as well.

Why wouldn't theu just fill them more to start? Some people got extra filler and some didn't makes me think the good reviews are fake.

There seems to be inconsistency in the manufacturing process, my daughter showed me her pillow, I ordered one, and was very happy with it. I ordered a second pillow, and a third, and they’re both 20% underfilled. There’s no reason why some come full, and some don’t, it’s a manufacturing inconsistency that the company needs to address. I have another one on the way, and if it’s not 100% full, I’ll be done ordering from this company. It’s a shame too, the fully filled pillows are awesome!

How do you get more stuffing? Mine didn't come "full" and i didn't get any extra.

You can buy big bags of stuffing material everywhere, here on Amazon and lots of other places that sell fabric and craft making supplies if you can't get the seller to supply more.
