Crown Mark Erin Upholstered Bed, King, Grey

Love my new bed. Lower profile. My pets can't go under the bed . which is a big plus. If you have a puppy you know what i mean. Easy assembly. Good instructions. Only problem was the bolts and washers were separated on a board. But not lettered to match the instruction sheet. But we got it together.

For the value, it looks decent. It has pretty much everything you need but is missing one key component- actual support. You MUST either use a box spring as a base, go out to Ikea and spend $50+ on a slatted base, or go to your local hardware store and spend approximately $20 in plywood to make an adequate base. Just be warned in case you were thinking you could assemble this product and instantly put a mattress on it with no box spring. I bought this because I wanted a bed without a box spring and was disappointed a bit when I had to make additional modifications before using this bed frame. Still, for the price and easy assembly, it was worth it to spend the extra. Also, word is advice, look at the descriptions for the parts and label them before starting assembly. The screws have similar labels and it’ll save you so much time and frustration to just label them before you start.

Was delivered in a timely manner, and is quite beautiful, but one of the holes for the footboard screw was stripped, and the other for the dowel rod was too big, causing the dowel rod to fall inside the footboard, where it is unretrievable. The footboard also has some white gluelike substance on it which is unsightly.I really wanted to love this bed, and needed one quickly for guests coming into town.They’ll now have to sleep on a mattress on the floor.Packing this back up will be a tremendous hassle. I also lugged it up a flight of stairs which was painful.Very disappointed.*UPDATE*Received a replacement of this bed after having to box up the previous to send it back, only to find the same problem with the second bed that arrived.I now have to send the second one back; a complete waste of my time.No one has contacted me to make this right.Do not buy this bed!!!

Had to buy longer screws and additional wood slats. Only comes with 4 cheap skinny wood slats which is not enough to hold a queen mattress. Very cheap and not sturdy. Frame about to snap when pushed against wall or moved to fit room. Wouldn’t recommend. There are better options for the same price.

Color is the perfect shade of grey. Easy to assemble.

One of the bottom feet came splitting.It appears that this is a platform bed. Not true. It has 4 slats and a giant gap between mattress and headboard if you dont use a box spring. 🙄 we fixed the leg and added more slats but are dealing with the gap mentioned above. it's the guest room but looks....off. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

First off, this frame came pretty beat up. The "upholstered" finish was discolored/scratched in several areas. The wood is incredibly cheap and has holes/cuts all over them. The assembly is straightforward, but the frame does not seem sturdy in the slightest and is close to worth even its low price tag.The slats sit so low to the ground, and the headboard starts too high up. With just a bunkie board and a regular mattress, this frame looks awkward and was just poorly designed.

At first I thought it was a fabric upholstered queen bed but it’s actually vinyl. My fault for not reading the product description. Product seem pretty well made, could be a little more sturdy but at this price I feel like the quality and above the asking price. I am satisfied with my purchased. Assembly was easy and quick. Took me 20-30 minutes to put together this morning.
