Musiclily Basic 52.5mm Guitar Double Locking Tremolo Bridge Black

Wow!!! I’m completely shocked and beside myself. I had purchased a tremolo system from another vendor about 6 weeks ago for about the same price. It was complete junk. Bad paint job; loose tuning screws; you name it. It was really bad. So, needless to say I didn’t hold out much hope for this tremolo system when I ordered it. Boy, was I to be surprised. If I didn’t know any better. Just by looking at and examining THIS tremolo system package. I would have guessed it cost upwards of around $80 to $100. At the very least. I’m truly shocked. The paint is really quite good with no visible issues of any kind. The tuning screws are all nice and firm. The string clamp screws are all tight with no slop or play. The pivot blades are secure and evenly distanced from the leading edge of the bridge with a nice even beveled edge. The whammy bar snugs up tight and isn’t loose at all. Even the locking nut screws are snug and work perfectly. The paint on the nut looks fantastic. Like I said. I would have had no problem believing this tremolo system to cost upwards of…$100..easily. In my opinion I got a fantastic deal for a tremolo system that should have cost easily five times as much as I paid for it. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality tremolo at an amazing price, and that’s willing to take the chance that I did. You could also ask….did I just get lucky this time???? Who knows. Only future reviews will tell. Here’s wishing everyone the same luck that I had!! (-;

So far I am in love with this thing. I replaced the single locking rose licensed on my Ibanez RG270 and I am frankly amazed. No, its not going to perform like a $200.00 Floyd Rose. With that out of the way, I have been using it to play gigs on my RG, and have not gone out of tune very much at all. Yeah, if I grab that thing and shake the hell out of it, it will go out of tune, but wiggling it up and down lightly generally brings it back to within a tiny bit flat or sharp, but not completely unusable. I used to block all my Floyds because they were not useable in a live situation. I am impressed with the quality so far. Generally Chinese made metals are not durable at all. Bolts and nuts strip, stuff bends or breaks. I had an SKS I could drill with my black and decker drill bits years ago. That shouldn't of happened on a firearm. If you tighten things up on the Rose, use a gentle touch. Do not crank down on them. Keep it clean and oiled up good. I am really blown away that these are only $25.00. The trem that came on my RG270 was a piece of junk right out of the box. Putting this trem on it and upgrading the pickups I have a gig worthy guitar I only have $150.00 invested in. Great trem, highly recommend.

Not the best quality, purchased to only use the saddles and blocks for a replacement in my floyd rose 1000, locking screws did not fit, whammy bar bent the first time i used it, springs are too stiff 3 stars because it got my guitar working

Like other people have said, it’s not a Floyd Rose 1000 but for $30 it’s not that bad. The Guyker version maybe a little better but the Guyker version is almost 3 times the cost. I put on a SBS guitar and used most of the Kaish stainless parts on it. I was going to leave it it stock, but I already had the stainless steel parts that didn’t work on the Floyd Rose special.

Very impressive just the packaging alone. Knowing that this is not the high end models but it was delivered in a way I did a doubt take with how much it cost! Installed went smoothly.

To start, I’ll say that I frequently buy from this company. However, this bridge needs improvements. At first glance, the bridge looks good-quality and features the German Schaller-style shape I really like; however, the saddles are of terrible quality. The very day I installed it, the string adjustment screws stripped immediately. I didn't apply any force that I hadn't used before; I own five guitars with original American Floyd Rose and German Schaller bridges, and I use the same amount of force on all of them without any issues. Another detail is that the tremolo arm sticks out quite a bit from the base, making it very uncomfortable to use. I don't say this often, but don't buy this product, I hope they release better bridges in the future, as Musiclily’s pricing and products are attractive and convenient. Ultimately, I requested a refund to Amazon, and it was granted without any hesitation.

OBVIOUSLY don't get this if you're professionally recording/gigging. Pay the money for the better quality stuff. If you're just a regular guitarist looking to do some upgrades/custom builds, this is an amazing deal. 30 bucks??? Insane how cheap it is, works like a charm, and looks amazing. Note the gold is not a solid plated look but more of a textured look. Wasn't expecting that but still love it!

This Locking Tremolo is awesome ! I play professionally and was skeptical because of the price to say the least. Even my tech was amazed !Just as good as the expensive one ! Measurements are dead on ! I could not believe the price !! If you think it may not be as good, don't worry ! It fits, and works just as well night after night.

Une horreur, de la camelote pas chère. Une vis cassée sans forcer, le sillet pas centré dont le trou de vis n'est pas aligné avec celui du manche. La tige ne tient pas en place, la peinture dorée s'écaille au moindre contact. A fuir absolument.

Used this kit to replace an age old floyd replica. Installing this one from musiclily is childplay. It drops nicely into position and after a setup it's time to shred! Minor flaws in the design though, its a bit too lightweight to match a floyd licensend equalizer.
