I adore the fountain pen. It writes very smoothly and feels great to hold. Writing with it is a joy. The ballpoint pen feels similar to a standard biro. I suppose it is less likely to skip but I haven’t used it long enough to be able to tell yet

A classic design the pen set is visually appealing and makes a nice gift, the fountain pen writes smoothly and I found it not to be ‘scratchy’ when I tested it before gifting. The fountain pen comes with a refillable cartridge which is a bonus, the new type with a ball bearing in to prevent ink clogging. The only real critique would be the description of 18k gold nib, this implies a solid gold nib which Parker do make and use in some versions of the Sonnet range, this version is gold plated and should really be described as so.My purchase was from Amazon warehouse, a cartridge had been left in which had clogged up the pen, so it did require a good cleaning before use.

First of all, I was worry about these pens are knock off items because of selling price however I can confirm these pens are authentic. I own many Parker writing instruments and 2 others Parker Sonnet that I purchased from Parker authorized retail stores, when I receive these pens, I interchange all barrels and caps of my pens and vice versa to these pens, they are all fit and feel the same "click" when I snap the cap on.These pens are glossy back finish, fountain pen comes with slide converter and 1 extra ink cartridge. Ballpoint pen comes with cartridge only.Shipping time frame is a little too long, it takes 3 weeks to receive them but I can't complain because these pens come from Poland to Los Angeles.Now I wish they have these pens in Ivory color or Pearl White color so I can add more to my collection.

Been using these pens for many months. Well made pens. They sit well for a medium sized hand. Handsome product. Over priced for what you get, despite the price being competitive.

i like the pens, but the fountain pen feels scratchy. isn't it supposed to feel smooth?
