Would be five except for one thing
I had recently owned a pair of $50 SkullCandy headphone (forget which ones) and they broke so easily, and were very boring, and just lame. After a month of wearing the SkullCandies, the plastic that holds the ear cup just starts to warp and eventually snaps off, and then $50 down the drain, but these headphone are not the same. I have had these for about two months, and thay are great. Great bass, treble, sound (for gaming and music) and so much more. The only thing I don't like is just because of me. The ear cups should be more oval, and it makes my ear hurts after prolonged use. This may not happen to everyone, but it did to me, so if you have sensitive ears, I would recommend getting a pair with bigger ear cups.Overall good headphones, worth the money, and would recommend to my friends.

Sweet Sorcerers of Sound!
These are one of the best purchases I've made on amazon. Comfortable as heck, these headphones cancel all sounds from around me and the music sounds great. I've seen people complain about different aspects of sound but I'm not an audio technician or professional musician. The sound is perfect for the Joe Everyman, with heavy bass and crisp upper notes. I'm a law student and I use these to block out all the sound from around me while I study. These saw me through a 30 page senior dissertation in my undergrad.I also wear these from 9-5 at my desk-job and I only feel them slightly bother me after continuous wear for more than three hours. I never liked over-the-ear headphones before these. These are so comfortable that I sometimes forget I have them on. I got the florescent green ones because they're the type of headphones that the Achievement Hunters use, so the headphones have that going for them. I also have a pair of Beats Solo HD and the Krakens are EASILY leagues ahead of the Beats.

Pretty Satisfied
They came in exactly on time like not an hour early or late which was nice. The packaging was actually really secure and safe so that was good. The headphones themselves were a bit bigger than I expected so they are possible to wear outdoors but seem to be aimed towards gaming but it's all good I rock them anyways. They are really loud and cancels out a lot of noise which is awesome! Only flaw is the fact that noise escapes from it quite easy so people around you can easily hear my music of they like to or not which kind of limits the ability to wear them in public on full blast. But all in all I'm pretty satisfied

So good so far
I bought these primarily for music with the possibility of gaming with friends, the reverse of most of the people who bought these. And gaming headphones are usually tougher. MMA fighter endorsed and bright green? Why the hell not? Exactly what I want.I listen to everything from industrial to classical, so the first thing I did was test the range. At first there was this horrid crackling when ever a hat was hit or low notes were played, and I freaked out, thinking I this. However, this vanished over a few songs. Now they sound amazing. They're clunkier than I expected but comfortable. I almost fear fitting through doorways. These aren't the best for crowed train rides. Then again, I chose the color to knock people over, so who cares?

Razer Slices All Other Competition
My family has owned NUMEROUS pairs of headphones in the past and these are BY FAR the best we've purchased. The sound quality is above and beyond anything we've experienced by any other manufacturer. The sound is crisp and clear - not muffled and metallic. They have a nice bass in the background but not so much that you have to adjust it in a control panel before you start to enjoy them. Just plug and play. No software to install. No extra steps to take. Just simple, beautiful, sound. The price is a little higher than I usually pay for headphones but my daughter swears by this brand for other items so I thought I'd give them a chance, and then I found them on sale (BONUS!!). Well worth the investment. I will now spend the extra money to buy the Razer Black Widow Keyboard that I've been drooling over.

Bold Neon Color Is All This Has to Offer - Spend Your Money on Something Else
With all the hype surrounding these headphones I was expecting them to be much much much better! However, I was severely disappointed unfortunately and have started the return/refund process as quickly as possible (the day after receiving them). Now I am not a headphone expert, but I like to think of myself as an audiophile and I pretty much knew after just listening to a few songs that something was off about these. First off, the bass was just too much! My head rattled and my ears hurt while playing certain songs and it was obviously incredibly uncomfortable. Also, there was no way to compare the sounds of one song to another. Some songs sounded GREAT, while others were muddy and washed out (this was the majority of songs).Another thing about the bass was that it overwhelmed a lot of other parts of the songs and you could barely hear some parts, some instruments, some vocals, etc.Overall what caught my attention was the neon green color but when I listened to them I realized that was all they had to offer me. So don't waste your money on these and you could even buy some of those $20-$40 Sennheisers and get a better quality headphone. In fact that's what I might do to replace these!

Great sound but could be more durable.
These are the best set of head phones i have owned the sound quality of them may be just as good if not better than the Beats by Dre.I do a lot of video and sound editing and i couldn't be happier with them. But if you are looking for some thing that can take a real beating these may not be for you. feel kind of brittle and may only take a few drops to a hard floor before cracking.

Nice headphones, but NOT a gaming set.
Sound is good. Bass is slightly muddy, but still very respectable. Bought it as a "gaming" headset, not realizing that there is NO mic. Be aware of that. Been wearing them at work for about four hours now, Fairly comfortable, but the "pinch" is a little tight. I am expecting that over time that will lighten up as they wear and are broken in.
