I would think so as the bits are hex shape.

Can these bits be used in an ordiary makita drill.

Yes. However, as these are designed specifically for impact drivers, you may wish to use ordinary drill bits which will be less expensive.

What are the dimensions of this item?

Your screws bit are all different but they fit every type of screw heads drywall etc. The other smaller bits are for every other things e.g. Allen keys etc. Tech heads biggest is 10mm and drill bits for steel biggest is 5 or 6mm. Hope this helps great set tho
