I've always wanted a zester but always used my old grater instead. I was ordering another item and to make up the cost to get free delivery, I decided that now I'm retired and like baking/cooking I would treat myself. I find it very easy to use and really happy that I finally got one.

Very pleased with this used for hard cheese and carrots with great results. Very sharp so watch out for fingers comes with protector cover for safety when not in use + a small brush to help with cleaning.

This is an excellent quality product and a superb grater which is why I've given it an overall 5. The but ... is concern for me grating my fingers. It is so sharp that I will invest in a finger guard.

Bought for my brother and he loved it! Its very sharp so it's excellent for grating ginger, lemon, garlic etc. Haven't tried on hard cheeses or nuts but i can imagine it works very well

Difficile d’innover avec une râpe n’est ce pas ? Et pourtant, c’est le pari réussi par cette nouvelle arrivée ! Bon, rassurez-vous, le concept reste le même :-)Dans les faits, cette râpe se présente sous une forme nettement plus grande que bon nombre de concurrentes avec une poignée antidérapante et surtout un embout également antidérapant, ce qui permet de la positionner comme on veut en inclinant son embout à souhait sans risquer pour autant le dérapage incontrôlé.Ensuite, et surtout, c’est l’affutage de la râpe qui vient rendre l’utilisation bien plus appréciable que pour l’immense majorité de la concurrence. Il faudra faire attention à ne pas y laisser ses doigts car ça râpe sacrément fort ! Un passage, et la râpe est déjà pleine tant elle a enlevé une couche importante de l’aliment utilisé.Livrée avec une protection en plastique qui permettra de lui éviter de s’abîmer trop rapidement (et de s’accrocher les doigts dedans !), cette râpe est vraiment un beau produit qui ne souffre d’aucun défaut notable ou visible après mes trois premiers mois d’utilisation (pas quotidienne, mais suffisamment régulière). Le prix est plus élevé que l’entrée de gamme, évidemment, mais la qualité est tout autre...
