Does an optical cable come with the package?

Related question: Does it come with two optical cables or only one? Is a single optical cable sufficient to connect both the soundbar and subwoofer to the television? (I have an older flatscreen TV that doesn't even have a USB port. I'm trying to figure out if I can connect this system or not).
