What is best to use to color these bags with ?

Colored pencils or crayons can avoid mass hands. We suggest crayons. Colored pencils also work, colored lighter than others. The usual marker may not dry fast enough so massed hands. Someone used fabric marker.

What is exactly the material? Paper, cotton? There is said no plastic but it is polyester?

I am allergic to polyester and I colored mine and use it as my purse. So no polyester.

Can I use finger paint on these?

Because the non-woven fabric has textures, fingerprints cannot be seen in finger painting, and the effect is like the color blocks on the signature tree bag on our 2nd picture.
