I purchased these vitamins on accident at Walmart but decided to give it a try, and noticed a difference in my skin almost immediately. I have suffered from a horrible complexion my whole life but have noticed a genuine difference since then. When i ran out I tried waiting for Walmart to restock and then never did. These are amazing and gives my skin a really nice glow and makes my nails are grow fast.

I was looking forward to trying these pills because I loved the ingredients but when my package arrived the pills were leaking all over inside the bottle(see pictures). So disappointed! Not sure why they are using a split capsule for an oil based product. They should have used a softgel capsule used for fish oil and such, weird thing is the label says softgel but these are not! I have never seen oil in a split capsule before??? That’s probably why the pills are leaking. I will be returning and probably not reordering because I’m afraid I’ll get another bottle of leaking pills. Bummer!

I've used plain biotin for years and still experience imperfect skin at 30, so I decided to switch it up and try these. After a few weeks my nails are still growing fast as ever and my skin seems clearer overall, but I have noted that my occasional breakouts now seem to be the deep cystic kind rather than a typical surface breakout. I'll work through a couple of bottles to confirm of anything gets worse (or hopefully better), otherwise I'll keep using.

Hands down one of the best products I’ve tried for skin. I’ve been taking this for about three weeks. My skin is softer. Now, I have baby soft face, arms, and legs. I’ve also noticed that less hair falls out in the shower. Very pleased with this product. I want to try the others.
