Took muffins to 2 parties, first for gluten free ladies, second just cause they were leftovers. Got rave reviews!!! even from foodies. Was careful not to over bake them, so they were tender. Did frost them as they were competing with fancy cake. Wouldn't frost coffee cake ones in future. But fosting was great on blueberry ones. Brownies were a bit gritty & with a bit of after taste but still very good, excellent as gluten free mixes go. The pancake mix is also excellent. Husband made them at a men's breakfast & no one knew the difference.

Great taste
Finding good tasting gluten-free things has been a challenge. My husband hates gluten-free stuff, but I have to eat that way. The pancake mix is wonderful, and he even likes it. I make the brownies and take them for potlucks. No one knows they are gluten free and they are always a big hit. Blueberry muffins are yummy. They don't brown up like a regular muffin, but they are very tasty. Haven't tried the swirl yet - but so far all of Krusteaz mixes are very good!

One of my boxes was open but other than that the mix is great for making gluten free goodies from doughnuts to pancakes.

Excellent!
I've made the cinnamon crumb cake and the brownies. Both of these products were very tasty. Nobody would have guessed that they were gluten free. The gluten free products are much more expensive than the regular product counterparts.
