Very good organic fiber supplement. When you mix it together with water, it’s a little more clumpy than meta mucil, but that doesn’t bother me personally. I’ll take that over the artificial ingredients any day. The flavor is great too. Will definitely buy again.

It's not easy to find a psyllium powder that is organic AND sugar free AND finely milled. This is all of those things. I get the orange and it tastes great and is easy to dissolve using a small whisk. I highly recommend this over brands you get at the grocery store that use artificial sweeteners and aren't organic.

NuSyllium a great fiber supplement ! I have tried many fiber supplements starting with capsules to drinks and there is no comparison . NuSyllium dissolves quickly in liquids tastes great and keeps your movements regulated . I take a teaspoon mixed with water after each meal .

My mistake, meant to order sugarless. This stuff is absolutely loaded with sugar. How very disappointing. Used it as a backup only when ran out of sugarless psyllium. Effective, but still loaded with very unnecessary sugar.

I’ve used plain psyllium husks in the past because it was organic and no fake additives. Frankly it was hard to drink and was like sawdust in water. I decided to add more fiber to my diet and I wanted a product that did not have a lot of additives or sugar. So I tried this one. I am pleased with it! The consistency is finely ground and it has a slightly sweet orange taste. It mixes ok with a spoon but it is quicker to use a battery frother or whisk. I can’t drink the whole glass fast enough to get it down before it starts thickening. But because of the flavor and sweetness, I don’t mind. I sometimes add more water or I eat it with a spoon as a thick applesauce texture. Either way I find I don’t dread drinking it everyday! I will purchase more when needed.

This container is generously sized and offers good value per serving. The powder blends well when mixed promptly, though it does require steady stirring to avoid clumps forming. The flavor is noticeable but manageable, especially when mixed with enough liquid. Instructions were clear, which helps when consistency matters. Pros: good quantity, clear directions, easy to portion Cons: texture may take getting used to; needs quick mixing AND quick drinking
