Wonderful Shortbread Pan
Forgive the crumbs, the result of my husband loving these cookies. I used the shortbread recipe included with the pan. The snowflake detail on the cookies is excellent. Spray the pan with cooking spray and the cookies will come out of it easily. The pan is a breeze to clean with hot water. I love it.

Love these pans
Love these pans! this is my second pan so I can make 2 batches at the same time. The cookie recipes included are easy to prepare and are delicious. The cookies come out of the pan easily and clean up is a breeze. I plan to buy more! They are pricey but worth it!

Shortbread cookies during the Holiday season is a tradition for my family and friends have come to expect a batch for a special treat in their gift bag. Since the pan has be cool to put the dough in, I have several Christmas/Winter Cookie molds.

Save your money
The design is very faint. You can kind of make it out, but it's not worth the money for such a small difference in the appearance of cookies.

The pan takes a lot longer to bake cookies in than a regular pan and it doesn't even leave a very good impression of the mold. It wasn't worth the money for me.

Happy to have another Christmas shortbread mold (writing this makes me hungry)... but you REALLY need to spay on the non-stick spray with oil and FLOUR in it (like "Baker's Joy") because the shortbread wants to stick to such intricate shapes. Still, very nice and overall prefer Brown Bag molds above all the others I have (and I have several).
