I got to say that I really like this product I've been stacking it with eflow creatine and also these turkestone products and can tell a big difference. I feel like I have a lot more energy and have noticed a big boost in my mood . As far as strength gains I have noticed I can lift more weight lately and also get in an extra rep or 2 . I can say that these products get the job done

As always suggested... check with a doctor before adding such supplements. This worked for my husband and he had more energy, BUT it did elevate is blood pressure which was not a good thing. So I'm not going to rate as good or bad, but just be aware of your body. The price is right and competitive in the market.

I've taken this product daily, for two weeks. I've not noticed any overt signs of it's benefits, but I have noticed subtle benefits worth noting. Initially, I noticed nothing at all. However, day 7-8, I began to notice a little more pump when I lifted in conjunction with a slight rep increase. I've also notice a fairly slight, but noticeable overall energy increase, while lifting. Obviously, I'm only one example, but this product does seem to assist at least minimally.
