And you can wash the shell in washing machine, arrived after one week was supposed to take 5 weeks so I'm very happy with delivery time Review: No UK plug - I qas really looking forward to using this. I've had this since June/July. The item odes not come with a UK plug. I have tried several universal plus with different amps and all blew! The amp in the steamer is a 16amp. I really don't think I'm going to get any use out of this. I have even spoken to a few sparkies to see if I can have a UK plug fitted and all won't touch it :( gutted!

A Hot House
I’m writing this after 4 months of use. What I’ve bought is basically a Wendy house attached to a kettle, but it does what it needs to. Plus points: - it’s simple to put the frame together (all the joints are loose until you get the tight fitting fabric squeezed over the frame, then it’s fairly solid) - it’s light - it keeps my head cool while the rest of my body is heated up - the adjustable heat is fairly instant - the remote control is a must (don’t buy a sauna without one!) Stuff they could improve: - the chair is a child's camping seat, & I have to sit on folded towels to be comfy, plus if you don’t dry the legs afterwards then the metal inside the legs becomes rusty (I’m investing in a wipeable plastic stool). - the instructions, although hilariously translated, don’t help with the heating tube assembly. It’s a common sense assembly rather than follow the instructions. - the white plastic pot you place inside remains a mystery (why the inner disc? Is it meant to be screwed down all the way? Is it meant to make ‘pop’ sounds?) but WILL scald you if you touch it when in full flow, so please ensure you place it at the back of the tent. I burnt my foot on my first go thinking it had to steam up from the front. - the fabric cover really should be waterproof. It isn’t & gets darker as it becomes more sodden with steam. Fortunately I already had a good dehumidifier so I plonk that in front once finished to dry everything off, but I’d be miffed if I had to take the cover off every time to dry it as it’s a faff to get on & off. Also the heating pot (aka kettle) is made from a cheap metal so scales up really quickly, but again I already have descaling liquid for my kitchen gadgets, so a simple 5 minute descale sorts this out. In retrospect I’m still uncertain whether I should have opted to buy a metal frame version given how quickly the chair has rusted, & given the choice again I would go for a plastic frame. It doesn’t need to hold up any weight, so I’d get rust free peace of mind. I hope this helps someone who is trying to decide where on earth to start when looking to buy a home sauna! :)
