It's ok, but it is smaller than I envisioned. Also, you have to get out a screwdriver and assemble the feet yourself. Even with the feet on, it is a little lower than I would normally want a footstool. On the other hand, it is so small it doesn't take up much space. I am using it, but if I had known it was so small I would have ordered something larger.

I gave it only 3 stars because the wheels broke (plastic) the very first day we got it just by rolling it over slightly by pushing it with my foot - so not much pressure on the unit itself - and snap. We replaced them with metal casters and the unit works find. It does look just like the photo and seems to be reasonably well made otherwise.

I am satisfied with the purchase. I had a specific purpose and dimension requirements, and this ottoman met the criteria. There are no pilot holes or markings to attach the casters as noted on the instructions, but this is not really a problem. As mentioned in another review, the forth screw for each caster does penetrate slightly to the inside of the ottoman, but it is not visible beneath the interior lining and should not be a problem for most storage. I would purchase again.

The ottoman was received in good order and appears to be exactly as pictured, until we tried to put the wheels on. The bottom of the ottoman is completely covered with absolutely no place to attach the wheels which of course lowered the height and then did not meet our need. Too bad.

I was glad to find this so I could put baby toys in it. It came and while I started putting the wheels on I noticed one wheel lock was broke and there was a rip in the corner on the bottom. I feel that this was seen before it shipped. They offered to replace it but it was going to be a pain so I kept it. I wish I had sent it back or they had at least offered to send a new wheel.

Had to drill 16 holes and mount 4 casters. Was not expecting to have to complete the mfg. of the product!

If you are a child playing with a barbie doll you would like this it is sooooo smalll everyone laughs when they see it. I keep it just for a conversational piece. lol
