I replaced my leaking M311‑M1 heater pressure relief valve with this model, and I wish I had done it sooner. I spent days trying to fix the old valve before finally giving up and swapping it out. This regulator was easy to install and worked well. It started a a slow drip at first when the boiler heated up, but stopped (re-seated internally) when I opened and closed the silver valve at the top.

Replaced a 14-year old part.
This was areplacemen part of a Hayward pool heater. The original regulator started leaking after 14 years. I was not able to find the same part number as it seems to have been discontinued and this one, while rated for less BTUs, works just as well.
