BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I bought a board from this company last December. After two days one of the pivot cups (a small rubber piece that helps the board turn more smoothly) was ripped by the hanger of the board. At the time it didnโt matter to me because I was an amateur and didnโt know what it was. I emailed support and they told me to replace it. Months went by and I didnโt do it. After a while I finally decided to buy the part and I replaced it. Two days later it ripped again. I got pretty angry by this and I emailed them and told them about the problem as it was an obvious problem Iโm their manufacturing. The owner contacted me directly and told they were very sorry about the problem and they sent me a BRAND NEW board absolutely free!! I canโt even believe how easy that was. They told me customer satisfaction is their top priority and I believe them. The new board arrived the next day and Iโm already using it everyday anywhere I go. Itโs the perfect board for beginners and for people who need a small compact board at an affordable price. And if you donโt get it by now, this is company you can trust. The new board is faultless and of pure quality. I 100% recommend this brand! They will make sure you get the best of the best!!

Awesome service and a flexy board
This board is good so far. I've only ridden it once to test it before I reviewed, but I like it. I wasn't fully prepared for how tricky it would be for me to adjust to such a small board. I kept wanting to put my foot down further back than the board goes, and I did it a couple of times and dragged my foot on the ground (*whoops*). I then compensated by putting my front foot too far forward and the weight would come off the back wheels and lift the board. I took a digger or two (I'm more of a roller skater to be honest), but I think I'll feel more comfortable next time I hop on it. It's super flexy, which freaked me out at first. I'm a heavy-ish adult, but the board is supposed to hold up to 220 lbs and it didn't snap when I took it around, so that's a check in the pros column. The 220 pound weight limit is another reason why I bought this board instead of a cheaper version- I wanted to make sure it was made to hold an adult. It's also a good price, and it was able to be shipped to me in South Korea. The guy from GEG Distributors sent me an email before I got the board, explaining some tips for using it, and he sent me another after I got the board, making sure everything was ok and that I got my shipment on time. I thought that was really nice, and there wasn't any pressure to respond to his emails or leave feedback if I didn't want to. If I'm in the market for another bitty board, I'll definitely order from him again.

Great Mini Cruiser but is Extremely Flexible
I have only ridden two other boards in my life, mostly just to try and learn them. I never did until now. One was a cheap kiddie skateboard from a long time ago, the other time was recently when I tried my friend's longboard. I felt somewhat confident on that so I decided to try learning a mini cruiser. I felt that it might come in handy since college is right around the corner, and I wanted to be able to bike and skate on campus. Other than these two experiences, I have no real experience riding any sort of board. When I first got this, it did have a slight smell of cigarettes upon opening that went away after a while, just as some of the other reviews have stated. I definitely recommend loosening the trucks and wheels a bit as they come tight and the wheels won't be able to spin as freely as they could, nor would you be able to turn very well. Looser trucks also helps you practice balancing, and since this is a mini cruiser, maneuverability is supposed to be one of its strong suits. It took me only a few hours to be able to ride this with a sense of confidence. In those hours, I had abused the board, and it went flying into my garage door and wall, and had landed on its side many times. It gets scratched, but its functionally is still very sound. I had ordered the White Panda version with a white board and black trucks and wheels, but the white board gets dirty easily and I would recommend another color unless you really have your mind set on this one. (The only options available to me at the time were the White Panda and White Mamba.) I am a 5'10" male weighing 185 pounds. This board fits me quite well. It seems that this is suitable for all ages. Yes, it does flex, and I have been able to flex it to the ground (on purpose, bouncing on it like a trampoline), and it seems to be flexible enough not to snap. It is fairly easy to get used to the flex of the board. The only things that even slightly bothered me were the T-tool attachment and one of the truck washers had a burr on it. The Allen/Phillips key that comes out of the tool is not the most secure, but if given proper care, you should have no problem with not losing it. The washer with a burr was easily filed down; I had not even noticed it until I took a really close look at the trucks. There is enough room between the trucks on the bottom to carry it sandwiched between your back and your backpack, through the straps, trucks facing forward. It feels like it weighs only four to five pounds, so it is extremely portable compared to other types of boards. If you're looking for a Penny board without the steep price, this board is an excellent alternative, especially if you're picking one up to learn and see if you like it first. EDIT 02/24/20: Compared to other plastic decks, this thing flexes. A LOT. It doesn't feel as stable as a wood or more rigid plastic deck. Keep that in mind. I eventually got a wood cruiser board and that one is great. As long as you keep your feet over the trucks, you should be fine. Having much more experience now, this is basically a very flexible Penny board, and I personally prefer a more rigid wood deck. Deck flexibility aside, the build quality on everything is great.

Smooth like butter
Love the board. Got it a few weeks ago mainly on a whim because I like skateboards, but have used it a lot surprisingly. For starters it is a joy to ride. The extra wide wheels feel solid and smooth when you're riding. Unlike a longboard, it's small and easy to fit in the trunk so I often find myself riding from my apartment to my car when I have to park far away (because parking sucks in LA). As a beginner it may not be the best board to learn on because it is so small and easy to lose your balance on, but for a kid or college student who needs it to get around campus, it is the perfect ride. PRO's Small and lightweight Great colors (I got the green and yellow model) Smooth wheels and bearings CON's Hard to balance on for a beginner Impossible to ollie Overall it's a great board if you like to skateboard and just need something to get around on.

Great Buy for The College Commuter
This product was exactly what I expected it to be and I honestly prefer this over a Penny board because of its flex. Before purchasing this product, I watched many reviews on YouTube and read through several reviews on Amazon to see if it would be worth the $60. I have to say it is worth every penny (no pun intended). I purchased the Black Tiger (Gold and Black board) and it is absolutely beautiful. The board appears exactly as it does in the seller's photo however, the flex does take some getting used to. It is quite hard to balance at first but once you find the right footing, the ride becomes much more comfortable than that of a Penny board. The board comes very stiff out of the box (in terms of the trucks) but can be easily adjusted to become nice and loose for smoother turns using the provided T-tool. The T-tool I received did come with some extra flakes of paint inside the the screw portion of the head and the built in screwdriver does seem to pop out quite easily without intention, but this isn't a big deal when you look back at the quality of the board itself. I bought this board as a means of transportation across my college campus and it does just that. It is small enough that I can pick it up and take it inside a dining hall or a classroom, a great advantage over using a bike or longboard as means of transportation. The Skatro board isn't as stable as a longboard though, as cracks or rocks on the road will be your greatest enemy. For that reason, I recommend this board for those with previous riding experience and those that are aware of their surroundings. Make sure to go over cracks at a moderate speed and avoid rocks as you would with any other skateboard. In other words, do not ride this Skatro board the same way you would a longboard because they don't have the same stability you would get from the length of a longboard. They simply aren't the same thing. However because the Skatro board is so much smaller than a longboard, it makes it much easier to maneuver through sharp turns. The only difficulty is finding your balance because this is quite a small board. I wouldn't recommend this board for any kind of stunts but if you have good balance and are looking for a simple commuter, this is the board for you. (Final Note) I have ridden many skateboards in my time and I have to say that these are quite average bearings. On a flat surface, it takes quite a few kicks to travel a good distance, and for this reason, I would recommend replacing the bearings if you're looking for a faster ride. I have ridden my board for about a mile after adjusting the tightness of my wheels and trucks and the wheels have started to glide smoother, but not quite as fast as I would like. If you want more speed from the board, upgrade your bearings. I will be purchasing Bones Reds bearings in the near future.

Good Especially for the Price
Was ride ready out of box. This board offers a smooth ride, personally I found no need to tune anything. Definitely Recommend to beginners

This Skatro board rocks!
This Skatro board is great. My 11 year old daughter and I (I'm in my 30's) enjoy our boards very much. It's a great board especially for beginners. The Skatro technology and the care placed into making this product greatly outweighs the cost of the purchase compared to competitive boards. It's a fast, smooth, stable ride right out of the box. The Skatro board itself can withstand up to 220 lbs with its Skatro Flex Technology. The board comes pre-assembled, is made with the Skatro Ultimate Abec-7 bearings, and comes with a free all-in-one T-Tool for when any adjustments or parts replacements need to be made. This board pretty much pays for itself. It's a pretty fast, good sized cruiser for any age. It's light-weight and portable, does not require grip-tape as it has a waffle-designed surface. This board would make a great gift and is well worth the purchase.. ... You're never to old to skate.

Not a 4.8* board in my opinion...
Purchased this skateboard purely based off of the 4.8 star rating of this product as we had a very small window to buy and receive a birthday gift. Normally this tactic works great but in this case I was a little disappointed. Pros: The recipient of this gift loved the color, loved the look of it and the size of the board was just about right (she is 4'7", 65 lbs.). Fit and finish of the board itself is pretty good. No rough edges, loose bolts etc. All fasteners are secured with metal or nylon lock nuts. Seems to be put together fairly well. Cons: The main issue the rider has with this skateboard is the lack of rigidity on the board itself. I couldn't find any identifiers or markings on the board showing what type of materials were used to manufacture it but they do claim to have "internally developed a manufacturing process that ensures optimal flex on every single board." Sounds good in writing but in our case it was a little unnerving for the children who used it. Lots of flex when standing in the middle of it and using your other foot to propel yourself forward. For some this might be preferable (for tricks etc.) but for the young lady we purchased it for and her friends who used it they didn't feel comfortable with the large amount of flex. Second issue was with the included t-tool. I wanted to loosen up the nut that retains the wheel on the truck stud so I could take a peak at the bearings. I grabbed the t-tool and proceeded to try and loosen the nut. Unfortunately, the driver used for this nut must not have come out of the casting very well because as you can see in the pictures the edges were curled over pretty badly in one spot and there are some obvious grinding marks in a feeble attempt to fix the problem. Not a huge deal but an annoyance nonetheless. Especially when you read things like this from Skatro's website - "At Skatro, we obsess over quality. Everything from confirming consistency in the tightness of screws/bolts, to ensuring optimal flex on every board. In fact, every single Skatro Board that leaves the manufacturing facility goes through a thorough 16 point quality control inspection. Needless to say, when you buy a Skatro board, you can feel 100% confident that you are getting nothing short of perfection." It's low hanging fruit, I know, but I must say that the t-tool just might have been a hair short of perfection. Observations and hearsay: In closing, I did want to mention that I actually put forth some effort to try and find out where this board was assembled and where the parts were manufactured. After looking in the description and technical details on Amazon, Skatro's website and a quick google search I found no information regarding where it was made or assembled. Looking at the fasteners and the side of the bearing (picture of bearing in the wheel provided) I'm going out on a limb here and guessing... China. No markings anywhere on anything except for branding, the 'safe for Europeans' CE mark and a 608RS on the seal of the bearing. You can tell from the bearing races that whoever made them wasn't proud enough to put any designation on the side. A rough grind is all you get! So, with that information I'm guessing that China is the one who helped this company achieve this - "Skatro comes from humble beginnings - a shoe string budget, difficulties finding the right supplier, bringing costs down so that it could be affordable to the masses, and so much more. In the end, it was all worth it." Final thoughts: I know this review may be a little over the top and probably overly cynical. All in all this is not a bad board but it is definitely not a 4.8 star board in my opinion which is the reason I took the time to do a review. It looks good, it's a good size for children and has a lot of popular color combinations. Too much flex in the main board was the big loser for us and the chunked out t-tool combined with the over-the-top quality control mumbo jumbo from the company is why it earned 3 stars.

Had a look at quite a few of these mini boards or penny boards as they are also known. Decided on the Skatro as the trucks are solid, ready tuned and it comes with a tool to allow you to adjust them as time goes on if required. This was for my son but I gave the board a test drive or two :). Smooth ride, strong board, wheels look 'sick' and he loves the overall appearance. It is a higher price than others but well worth it for the build and component quality.

Purchased as a beginner skateboarder, no regrets!
First off, I'm just learning how to skate and I needed something small to throw in a backpack so I decided on a penny board. I didn't want to pay $100+ on one, and Skatro fit the price point. I received my board 1 day early which was nice, and it came with everything described. It's really well built and rides smooth. I've been practicing every day since I received it on Aug. 2nd and I can cruise pretty well, it's not so hard to learn if you put in the time and YouTube some stuff. Basically, it's a plastic penny board and it works great: tough, enough flex for comfort and the trucks and bearings are quite smooth out of the box - I'm super happy with my purchase. I'd also like to note the CEO of the distribution company sent me a personal email making sure I got the board on time and that everything was in order upon receiving it, and we had a back and forth as well. I'd like to think that if you did have a problem, they could resolve it pretty quickly. Because of this, I'm gonna stick with Skatro for any future purchases. TL;DR: VERY good quality for the price, amazing customer support. Very happy with my purchase, would recommend for a beginner learning to penny board like myself.
