Will this fit a Troy built 21’ push mower?

I have a TB280ES mower (21" blade) and this item works perfectly.

My mtd pro mower blade is 21inch in length but the descriptions of this blade says 23 inch. does this fit mine? thx

I bought one exactly like this one by Genuine Parts. The blade has no sharp edge. Is this the way all blade come an have to be sharpened before use? Actually a question and not an answer.

Does this come with the hex bolt/ hardware to attach it? We're missing that part.
