We could not stop it from leaking at the feeder ports.

Jar is flawed along the rim and the nectar leaks onto the porch floor. Messaged the maker for advise on stopping the leak but received no response. Poor quality and no customer service. The cheaper feeders available in chain stores seem to work much better.
