The location of manufacture is not on the slicer anywhere. It is a good slicer but I am not happy with China either.

Can it slice small pickles?

Seems like this would be a nightmare to clean. How long does it take to clean?

It comes with a brush to help clean it, however if washed right after use it is easier to clean than if it sits.

I haven’t tried a radish, but it is MUCH stronger than a typical egg slicer.
