Love this hair color product. I have been using it for many years now. The color always comes out beautiful makes my hair soft and shiny. The color lasts for me about 3 months. I've been very happy with the results. Its gentle no strong smells. I recommend great product. With prime this month had a great price!!

Love this product, after decades of dying my hair and having my scalp burning, itchy with hot swollen welts all over my scalp it’s so nice to finally find a hair color product that doesn’t leave me miserable and itching my head for days afterward. Color is beautiful, I use and covers my gray. I mix 5N and 6N and the color is perfect.

I don't want to make it sound TOO magical, although it was. I have been suffering from hair loss for a few years. I'm not bald yet but it had been thinning as I grow older. I kept losing about 100+ hair a day from wash and from styling. So I tried many products to fix this. I started to use Alterna Shampoo and Conditioner which helped a bit, but still losing alot every day. Before buying Naturtint I went to hair salon to get hair dye to cover my gray hair. But then I realized those contained too much chemicals (which might worsen my hair loss) so I figured why not find something natural and just do it myself at home. So I ordered Naturetint color 5N from Amazon. I used it once and left it on for 45-60 mins. Then this magic happened. Right next day when I washed, my hair loss was reduced around 80%!! I no longer had pile of hair at bath tub and on bathroom floor after blowdry. It all just happened right the next day!! So I wondered, was it just a short term thing?? So I waited and waited. The result lasted for another 2-3 months. I still lost hair after wash/dry but the qty of loss looked more natural and were around 20-30 pcs in total which was indeed a huge cut back. I was soo surprised because I wanted the dye not to worsen my hair loss, but turned out it CURED my hair loss!! One thing though, that first time, I did not use the shampoo and conditioner that came with the dye. So after 3 months, I dyed again with Naturetint same color, this time, I used the shampoo + conditioner in the box. BAD DECISION. After the dye, my hair loss came back, huge qty fell out each wash/style. I had to blame the mega-foaming shampoo that obviously had too much sulphate or other foaming agent in it. So the spell was broken. So was the 1st time a fluke? Could Naturetint really cure my hair loss??? So after another 2 months (last week), I dyed again with same color -- of course, without using the sachet shampoo + conditioner. It worked again!! My hair loss was again reduced to very small qty!! I waited for so many months to see the real results before posting my review here. Now I'm SOO going to stick to Naturetint for the rest of my life. I've already recommended to many of my friends who are also suffering from hair loss. I'm not sure if the magic would happen on everyone but it did happen on me. One huge drawback though, 5N could not properly and long-lastingly cover gray hair. My gray hair still looked golden right after dye, and the gold turned gray right after 2 weeks, even though I left the dye on for 45-60 mins. I guess if I go for darker color like 2N or 3N it would work better. But anyway I'm already very satisfied and would definitely keep buying!!

I’ve been using this hair color for a while. I like the shade of color Chestnut Brown, it covers grey very well and gives my hair a natural look. Unfortunately the color tends to fade after a few weeks both from washing and being exposed to sunlight. So if it’s important for you to have same exact shade of color all the time you will not be happy with the product. I care more about the fact that it’s organic and doesn’t seem to damage my hair. So I will continue with it.

I used to model and worked for many hairstyling magazines. I was featured in hairstyling magazines for a very high end hair salon here in NYC. That was the first time I ever colored my hair. He colored my hair the same color that it already is, to “make it richer”. I’ve been doing exactly that ever since—I loved it!! I wasn’t covering grays at the time…..now I am. I’m also a lifelong vegan. The fact that Naturtint is vegan is ESSENTIAL for me!! And I can truly say it’s an excellent product. The color is rich. It definitely completely covers any grays I’ve got coming in. It leaves my hair feeling soft, sleek, shiny. Covers every corner. I highly recommend this product!!

I have been using this color for decades, natural, no harsh chemicals, always a compliment from hairdressers on the color.

I started to use this product when pregnant due to not having so many harsh chemicals. I use it to cover my grey and it lasts amazing it doesn’t wash out and only have to reapply due to growth. Great value for buying in bulk. I love the Color as it is quite natural. It doesn’t have such a strong smell as some as the other and I don’t get burning or anything to my head when I use. One bad bite is the gloves they come with are terrible and always end up with holes. Buy yourself a box of disposable gloves unless you don’t mind dying your fingers for a few days .

I finally finished the last box of this product. I bought a promotion in mid-November 2024 and decided to use it little by little until I finally finished the last box. The package came with six boxes. I applied for the first one in early December. The advertisement says, “Up to 100% gray coverage for long-lasting,” but this is not entirely true because around the second week, the color had already started to fade. I began to experience hair loss, and the only new product I had applied was this dye. The last time I used it was about two months ago, and I remembered why I hadn’t used the last box. Unlike other hair dyes, when I accidentally get some on my face, I can usually remove it easily with wet wipes, oils, or creams. This one was different; I had the stain on my face for several days despite repeated washes. But the worst part was the amount of hair I lost while washing out this dye. Yes, it’s natural and has no chemical smell, but the formula is so strong that it creates a sticky, black buildup on the scalp that can only be removed by intense washing and combing several times, something I’ve never experienced with similar products. I wasn’t sure if this promotion came from a bad batch. I had tried another dye from this brand before and never had such a disastrous effect on my hair: dry, straw-like texture, hair loss, and color stains that wouldn’t come off. The result never looked like the store photos; the lighting in the pictures is clearly retouched because the actual color is dull, jet black without any shine. This was not a good experience with this dye.

The application of this product was easy and it washed out well. I followed the instructions, timing the application. The smell is an earthy one compared to the overpowering chemical smell from the usual box dyes, but not unpleasant. My hair was shiny and felt stronger afterwards. The colour is rich, covered my greys and it doesn’t look dyed. My partner commented on the colour and shine of my hair. He said this is the best dye result I’ve used and I’ve used a lot of brands! For me, the colour was too dark. I chose the colour as I wanted a mid brown with neutral tone, but it came out black, very dark brown in the light. I will purchase this brand again but not this colour. I may try a lighter colour and see how that colour turns out. It didn’t irritate my scalp and is easy wipe away any product where it’s not needed.

I wrote a review about how I did not get 5 boxes of colour as advertised here, only 1 box, but the review was not posted. What a scam!! Don't buy it, they will ship you 1 box instead of 5 and then ignore your inquiries as to what happened to the other 4 boxes. I still have not received the remaining 4 boxes.
