Prefect replacement
My previous Visconti VanGough Starry Night pen broke and I was very sad. I was able to replace it right away and this pen even came with a Starry Night ink from Visconti. The nib is a medium instead of fine but that is such a miniscule detail that I'm not bothered by it in the least. Yes I would recommend and if you love fountain pens then it is definitely worth the investment.

Impressionist masterpiece
pictures don't do it justice…lovely barrel, a pleasure to use…the magnetic cap closure is a nice touch…will use both large and small refills, and they don't have to be Visconti brand-I've used Waterman type standard refills w/o problems….

Great Pen
This pen is great! Note, my is actually the music hall version. It is the smoothest writer I have, plus its a great looking pen, and has a great weight/length ratio. The fine nib is wet, and almost as wide/fine as the other Visconti Pen I have. Perhaps too wet for some. Purchased elsewhere...
