Incredible detail
I was blown away by the incredible details they put into this model. If you compare to the actual car, it’s remarkably spot on. Super fun and exciting build.

Omg i cannot give this kit enough praise! The detail is amazing and there is no flashing to clean up like most other brands! The instructions are large and very detailed!

Shipping Quality Totally Unacceptable
I'm sure the product is great. Tamiya has a great reputation for high quality, however, this model arrived via FedEx from a vendor in Japan, wrapped in a single layer of cardboard and slipped into a FedEx plastic style foldable envelope. I have more pictures, but the site isn't loading them. The car body alone was smashed into a dozen pieces! I sent for a replacement and hope I have better luck. 5 Stars for Tamiya, but sadly can only give one star for the quality of the packing from the vendor. I'd give the a zero if I could.

Excellent Model
I've bought this model for a second time as I was so impressed with the first and enjoyed the build so much. I used to maintain two of these and appreciate the accuracy of the detail. The quality and fit is as you would expect from Tamiya, excellent.

Great build.
Quality is what I have come to expect from Tamiya and this build did not disappoint. One thing that was not addressed in the build is the unsightly seam running through the interior. For this I made a carpet after putting these parts together. The instructions say to put these parts together at a later time leaving no room to repair this seam.
