what is the expiration date on this olive oil?

will vary with each can. First can I got was almost expired but next one was several months.

Please explain how to get it from the canister without spilling it everywhere. I just make a mess when I try to pour it into a smaller container!

Use a funnel to pour the oil in another container. Before you pour the oil make a hole at the top side (same side as the existing tap) but on the opossote edge. The extra hole allows for air to get in and making it a smoother pour.
