Is my tile supposed to delaminate when cutting? Is there a method to prevent foam debre from lodging between the layers?!

I can't remember if there was a clear sheet to remove, but I did remove a layer from the glue side. The top of the tile felt like it had a coating, but it isn't sticky to the touch after it is up. I had no debris problems.

Will this stick to Avonite which is an acrylic resin?

I would think so, I have my tiles stuck on a large plexiglass panel behind the sink
