With so many choices to pick from, it was hard to decide which bench to get. This one is exactly what I wanted. After breaking my foot and having surgery, I cannot put any weight on it for 4 weeks. This bench works great so I can get a good shower without trying to balance on one leg and risk falling. I have a large shower and can move the bench in any position I want. It is sturdy, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it!

This shower stool is exactly as advertised! The seat height is adjustable to fit your comfort and height. The stool fits in a standard bath tub comfortably. There is even room for others to shower without the stool getting in their way. The drain holes keep the seat drained so no mold accumulates on the seat. It is very sturdy easily supporting up to 300#s.

This stool worked well while I recovered from foot surgery. I used it for about 4 weeks without any problems. The last day the legs bent when I shifted my weight and it was unusable after that. It worked well as a short term solution. I would not use it long term or for someone who is physically unstable.

Easy to send directly to my daughter's home so it would be there when I visited. Light - easy for me to lift into and out of tub/shower. Only took moments for her to put together. Easy to disassemble and store for my next visit. Sturdy - felt safe. I put a hand towel on the seat, otherwise I stick and couldn't turn easily.

Through nobody's fault but my own I find that this will not work in my bathtub as the legs are much too wide. I did not measure from the bottom of the tub which is much narrower. Also keep in mind that that the further the legs are extended the wider it gets as the legs are not perpendicular to the floor as the picture looks like they are. The smallest is 17 3/4" so I guess the 18.5" width they show is with a middle leg length as it was even larger with the legs fully extended. Other the being too big it does seem to be sturdy and well made and easy to assemble. It is also light weight. So I am now going to order the other similar product that is more narrow and smaller overall and hope it will work for me. I would have given it 4 stars if they had given better measurements.

Weight limit says 320lbs. I am 270lbs. I bought this before getting ankle surgery so I can shower afterwards for the next 3 weeks. It lasted through 4 showers before the legs gave out and started bending. Each shower was about 10 minutes long. I made sure to be very easy with it. I want my money back for false advertising or giving me a crappy one. I just ordered a 500lb heavy duty one and had to pay almost $11 extra to have it send over night so I can hopefully get it before my doctors appointment on Friday.

This has been very helpful. I have back problems and can't stand very long. Got tired of taking baths and now I can shower again! It's very sturdy and the hight can be adjusted. It's a tight fit in the tub so if you are going to get one you should measure across the bottom of the tub to make sure it will fit.
