Easy install
Works great and the install is about as simple as it can possibly get. It took me.5 minutes on my 98 XJ and most of that was me drinking a beer and chatting with a buddy.

Plug N Play
No splicing of wires, just plug n play I have a tow package on my 1999 XJ and the relays broke on the original harness when i backed my boat into the water, couldn’t find the relays to replace them so i just got this whole harness. Its a lil pricey but for it being plug and play its worth it especially if you aren’t the best at electrical troubleshooting

I waited too long
I tried other big box stores for a harness. Every time, it seemed that a part of it would not work. I saw this on YouTube installed in a Jeep Cherokee. I had the same Jeep. Prepped the area and it only took 15 minutes to install. Hooked up my boat and utility trailer. Everything worked!

Works but….
Easy to install but you can’t test it with a volt meter. The output is not steady and the volt meter can’t lock on a reading. Tests fine with one of those little led trailer light testers Correction 11/23. Causes the blinkers in the jeep to both flash when making a left turn.

It works but you have to replace your trailer lights with LED lights, otherwise it won’t work.

Too easy!
The install took 15 mins! I had just spent a half a day installing the trailer hitch on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee and wasn't looking forward to doing wiring. This install was a breeze the basically required opening a =n inspection plate inside the storage compartment, locating the appropriate conection, the separating the plugs and putting this plug between them! Done.

After my last connector failed, I ordered this one. Easy install and worked right from the start. Lots of wire length for routing choices. Would buy again when new vehicle purchase comes along.
