I would say the brush head is in-between 4 and 5 inches tall and 3 to 4 inches wide.

I would say it's the same size. It's not a small brush. it's a normal size paddle brush.

Is this made by Wet Brush?

I believe so. It works just like the Wet brushes do. I actually like this paddle version better than the original style. I have purchased a regular wet brush on Amazon through another buyer and I don’t believe it was actually produced by the official Wet brand - so I don’t blame you for asking!
