Harry Potter Hufflepuff Slouch Beanie for Women by elope

I love this hat! its comfy without squeezing my head too much. (a problem I have with having long hair) It "squids" a little (poofs up where the seam is on the top) but Im hoping it will be trained down eventually. Its true to Huffie colors, matching well with my Newt Scamander scarf :) Its soft, and washes well with no shrinkage and dries super fast! It is perfectly warm, though I got it in June, so I havent tried it out during the colder months.EDIT: My hubby loved mine so much I bought one in his house colors too! This is a great hat!My washing method: (Ive used this on the hat and the Newt Scamander scarf)I hand washed the item in the sink with cold water. I fill up the sink with a small amount of Woolite detergent, and dunk the item in till its good and saturated, empty the sink and the rinse with cold water. I squeeze most of the water out then lay it flat on a towel and roll the towel with the hat in it to squeeze out any last water, after that I lay the item out flat to finish drying.

Perfect for the Harry Potter Celebration! I ordered this because the weather was going to be cool in the mornings and evenings. It fit snuggly around my head and wasn't loose or too tight. The hat is long enough to cover my head and my ears and doesn't slip while wearing. The hat is warm but not super thick. It even fit nicely in the pocket of my robes! I have many hats off this style, but this is my new favorite.

This is a nice beanie that fit over my melon of a head, but know that it gets real hot. That's a great thing in the winter but not so great for a July birthday party at work for Harry Potter. So all in all it was great but it will be awesome in the Winter!
