Does amla gold hair oil have parabens?

no it doesn't, from what i remember

Do it work better on African American hair or caucasian?

I've used it on my hair and I'm a person of color. Our hair is drier, so we need a lot more. My husband is caucasian and it works for him also, but he doesn't need very much. HTH

What if you use it as a moisturizer for your hair and leave it in. Will it' damage my hair?

My girlfriend uses a tiny bit and leaves it in. No damage. She also has very thick hair. My have is very fine and thin. Even the tiniest bit is too oily for me so I always wash it out. Hope this helps.
