We started Carb Cycling and read the label on our cereals- this one is a serving size of 1/2 cup or 55g, you get a whopping 37g of carbohydrate. It Does include 4 g of fiber and 8g of protein so a little nets out. The culprits are the dried fruit and the apple juice concentrate which is a sure fire way to get an insulin spike off this cereal if you eat more than a 1/2 cup serving. I recommend Dressing it over plain oats or other low glycemic breakfast cereal. We are using it on High Carb day if we need a carb bump but fighting off Insulin-Resistance, I'm Not letting this be part of the routine. I'd like to see a LOW Sugar version of this cereal.

A little pricey, but happy to finally find some! It was fresh and full of flavor that I had been craving for so long, but could not find. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

I gave this a 3 because it was not what I really wanted. If you’re someone who wants a lot of fruits, nuts and seeds this cereal is for you. I’m trying to find a muesli like the one I eat in France, very soft and smooth with lots of muesli and just a few dried fruits. This is not it. I know what my suitcase will be stocked with on my next trip.

I love the taste of this muesli. I haven't seen it anywhere else. It has berries in it and a bit of a tangy taste, which I like. Some other brands seem like they're mostly oats, but this is full of pieces of fruit, along with the oats. I add plain Greek yogurt and a bit of raw honey and it makes a tasty breakfast.

This is a nice cereal. I eat it both hot and cold. Cold or warm I mix it with coconut milk, cinnamon, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and unflavored collagen powder (purchased on amazon with all 5 kinds of collagen for a more complete protein source). It yields around 25 grams of protein eaten this way. You can also substitute yogurt for a cold cereal, or eat it hot and use water instead of the coconut milk.
