The color totally didn't work. I even ordered it twice and followed the instructions, but there was no color change at all. It actually made my hair blacker than it was before. I wouldn't recommend it for black hair.

I love it! I have a little bit of gray hair. So I wanted my natural tone but tiny bit lighter. It came out great! Didn’t feel burning or itching at all. Completely in love!

​Having transitioned from natural products in my youth to synthetics in my twenties, I’ve recently returned to my roots. Unfortunately, this Khadi hair color was disappointing. For the high price point, I expected much more. The color payoff is weak, requiring multiple applications just to reach the desired shade, which makes it poor value for money. A quality natural dye should typically last three to four months, but this requires constant repurchasing. It just wasn't the right fit for me.

I can’t use ordinary hair dye so don’t normally dye my hair but the greys were getting out of hand. While this is smells awful and is messy to use (have lots of old towels on hand) it’s lasted so well (6 weeks and counting) I left it on 3 hours and have been using the oil occasionally to maintain. The grey coverage is outstanding and I’ll definitely be doing it again. It looks natural and fades gradually.

I've seen several reviews with people saying this and other shades turned their hair green. I hope I can give a little advice: First: With any product containing henna, pay attention to the guide for how the colour will turn out on your natural hair. That does mean your natural hair; the results will not be the same if you're overdyeing chemically coloured hair. Second: Yes, it probably will add some degree of green for the first two or three days; it's not a vibrant green or anything but it is noticeable, so you might want to apply it when you know you don't have any big occasions for the next few days. Henna does not develop with the speed of chemical dye, hang in there, it's worth it. Third: Pay attention to the time it says to leave on the shade you have chosen because it's important. The makers haven't pulled those figures out of nowhere, and the amount of time you leave it on, varies from shade to shade. Fourth: Pay attention to the temperature of the hot water you use (a digital thermometer is a great choice for this). The temperature really can change the result. Finally. Natural dye is always a bit messier, more work, more time-consuming than a normal box dye, but it's worth it. If you have a sensitive scalp, it's not going to irritate it; it won't damage your hair. In fact, it will leave it in better condition. Just take your time, read the instructions carefully before starting and let the natural magic happen.

Couvre les cheveux gris avec des reflets dorés, done un aspect plus pareil sûr les vielles colorations permanents et surtout un aspect très naturel. Le produit n'eclarcice pas les cheveux foncés mais il donne beaucoup des reflets dorés très jolies.
