You have to email the IV 0SUN customer support tell them to type a tent you got in the situation and they’ll email you one!I ordered two of them because I thought they sent the wrong one and it was the instructions that were wrong

Is there no hole to run electrical near the bottom?

No hole at the bottom. I ran my electrical through on of the top holes.
