The art is so perfectly matched with the stories, and of course I fell down rabbit holes with so many of these poems, wanting to know more about these women's lives. I've gifted this book many times as there's something very significant about not only giving these women voices but recognizing what Hollywood does to women if we allow it. I've re-read this at least four times. The Sharon Tate one gets me each time. Review: BOO! WAHHHH. - Excellent writer, albeit a bit grim. I'd never read her before & (after recovering from & rereading this volume) I intend to read the rest of her stuff.
