Very difficult to use. English instructions leave are lacking. Would not recomend it to anyone. Certainly not worth the money!

it is hard to turn the handle..

took some mounting problems, had to mount it to a board and then I can use a C-clamp to hold it down to use it. By the time I got it Mabel had dried up, Impatiently waiting for Buttercup to freshen!

i have had this product for 2 weeks still do not know how it works. the only instructions was on youtube i watched for 1 hour and she still did not start to put it together. the video played for 1 second and stalled for a minute or 2. i am beginning to think i really wasted my money.

Very nice product, it just takes a while to learn all the odds and ends. It has many parts, and the english manual is very hard to understand. Fortunately other users have posted videos on Youtube and they are very easy to follow. Butter churn add-on is very ingenious, definitely recommended to get both together. Mostly made of plastic, might feel a bit too weak in the beginning, but does the job and will last a long time with minimal care.

It require very strong arm muscle to operate

the product itself is wonderful, and it will give you quite a workout. The problem is that the instructions come in a CD which was badly translate it from Russian. The instructions in russian are included but unless you know how to read technical drawings to assemble the machine you are out of luck. (some youtube search will help you out). Also the product came in a box which was almost diluted and all broken up.

At first it was a little difficult to figure out, but once I watched the instructional video on You-Tube it was very easy. The cream separated and we made some butter. Great.
