Hogue57300 Dan Wesson Grip, Small Frame Square Tang, PAU Ferro

Overall good product but just a few small issues, one the square hole for tang needed some work, glue and wood were just off square easily fixed,Part for sandwiching the sides of gun needed work to fit not much but enough it wouldn't work at first.And lastly the wood that meets the frame on the spine of the grip is not flat as it should be (see pics)(The frame is straight the wood is not i did double check)Bit surprised by fit and finish for the cost, i understand that with making so many quality won't be perfect on all of them.They are the only ones i can find making grips for dan wesson revolvers.Is it worth getting ? Yes but on older revolvers (60s/70s) needs more work to fit but fit it can.(And before anyone asks yes the bluing is basically gone from the frame i got it as such and it still works great.)Put on the 15-2 model. (just means 4 barrel set 357 magnum)

The have disclaimer on fit and it gives Phone number to call to get help in fit. I have a Dan Wesson 15-2 and this grip fit perfect. If I want a different design, I am buying this brand and price was excellent . Lowest of any. I have a large hand and now I want one for my single action.

Had to do some fitting for comfort - refinished with linseed oil - came out dark after 3 coats - fit to frame was excellent - gaps all minimal - fit is tight the screw is a standard flat head - much better than the rubber grip it has had for the last 48 years or so. The wood is is dense and hard, machines like plastic with almost no chipping even on the end grain, used a carbide burr then sand paper. Overall would recommend.

Beautiful wood-grain grips that are smooth and fit well onto firearm as well as into the hand. Adds pleasing beauty to already nice stainless or deeply blued finish pistol for those that desire look and feel of wood over hard rubber or plastic

The Hogue grip fit my Dan Wesson 357 perfectly, and looks great. Excellent fit & finish, as expected from Hogue.

Fits my 40 year old model 14 .375 like a glove. Gaps perfect. Looks fantastic.

Sent back to factory but they didnt do much to fix them.

Good fit and finish. Really easier to handle then the stock grips.
