The end is round I need a square end will this work?

I purchased this antenna for a Sony radio. On the Sony radio there are two parts for the antenna. I just purchased this top part with the round end that fits into the swivel connection. The square end portion for the Sony radio fits into the the molded boss with the hole on the radio. You will be able to see this antenna on Amazon "E-outstanding 1 Pair AM FM Radio Universal Antenna, 62.5cm 24.6" Length 4 Section Telescopic Stainless Steel Replacement Antenna Aerial for Radio TV". The only issue I had was the was this antenna was thinner at the connection end so I had to use different thin shims to make the connection secure. at the swivel. Hope this helps.

Does this antenna come with a screw?

No. I was fortunate that the antenna I was replacing had snapped off at the part where it tapers flat. The original screw was still attached to the last bit of antenna, so I took a screwdriver for glasses and removed it and popped in the new one

will this antenna work on a Grundig radio model FR-200

As long as there is a #0 screw securing the base, it should work.

The original antenna was badly bent when the unit was knocked off a shelf. This replacement was an easy replacement with a screwdriver. Good to have two in case of another accident.

Supplements tv reception on indoor antenna

Trying to ditch cable,I tried one of the indoor antennas. Picture great but sound was spotty. Tried one of these antenna wire tied to indoor tv antenna 10" mast and problem solved. Fantastic easy and cheap solution.

It fit my Sangean portable radio but it's flimsy

Slightly smaller in diameter than the original that came with my Sangean radio but it fits. The bad news is that it is flimsy, especially the smallest segment at the top. the first time I pushed it back into itself using my hand on the top "button" the top segment bent, nearly breaking it. I did not force it. I would describe it as FRAGILE. No wonder they send you a two-pack! I'll attach the other unit when the current one completely snaps off. If you can find another model with slightly bigger diameter that fits your radio I would go with that. **I paid full price and received no compensation from this company or any other for writing this review.
