How long does it take to dissolve in your mouth and is it effective to give overnight relief ?

Unfortunately, they don’t work for a truly dry mouth. They dissolve in your saliva, and I find that when my mouth is dry, they do not dissolve. So, the answer to “how long” is pretty much anywhere from 15 minutes to forever. They definitely don’t remain effective for as long as overnight. A more effective regimen would be to use the biotine mouthwash before bed, without eating or drinking afterwards, and keep the gel or spray within reach for quick relief if you wake in the middle of the night with dry mouth.

Hi, what's the expiration date usually is? If I buy an amount for a full year ahead it's ok?

I checked my supply, I order in advance, not a year, but none-the less: the boxes I have in stock have a 2024 expiration date. I would think the date may vary depending on supplier. However, each lozenge is engages in plastic and closed with a foil layer, I would suspect then can store a long time. but I only order 3 months ahead at a time. hope this helps
