The taste was excellent and it thickened up perfect. All I had to do was add a little salt and pepper.

Dairy free gravy mix
Dairy free gravy. Tastes great; the whole family enjoys. Add water and packet, that’s it. Super easy to make on the stovetop. We love to make this with meatball stroganoff and with mashed potatoes.

Yummy! I use it to thicken up chicken meals or make it into gravy. Good flavor and gluten free. I bring it to family dinners and no one when 3 knows it's gluten free gravy!

BEWARE
BEWARE!!! This gravy mix purports to be "organic", which is arguable. It contains "yeast extract" which is a pseudonym for MSG. Other ingredients include yeast flakes, yeast autolysate, and others. I've used the Simply Organic chicken gravy for years, but evidently the company has changed its formula. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT!

Good Product
I have used this product and Simply Organic Brown Gravy. I can say this is a good product but as I mentioned in my review for the brown gravy; it needs more spices. I will also say this could just be my palate and spices are easy enough to add but this is why I only gave it four stars. I also felt it was easily prepared and did not clump or have any trouble in blending. It thickened very well and I was very satisfied with the product.
