Sharpness
I don't know how they work on cotton but on fleece they were not sharp and had to go through several ones to find one that was sharp enough to go through fabric

Good quality pins
Great size and quality. The bend in the pin is a bit further back than I'm used to but it caused no issues.

Excellent quality
I use these pins for quilting and to hold same color skeins of embroidery thread together. These bent pins are excellent quality. They are easier for my fingers to open than the regular style safety pins. My order arrived quickly as well. I will buy from this seller on Amazon again.

Bendability?
I don't understand why you would want to bend the curved safety pins. I found their shapes to work fine when I used them to put my quilt together. Maybe if you need to bend them you should purchase a larger pin. I don't think these pins were meant to be bent more than they already are.

Curved pins
Not as sharp as I thought they would be.

Getting use to smaller pins
I'm use to using larger pins, my fingers fumble some. I'm getting better. They don't tangle while folded in unfinished quilt

Great safety pins for quilting!
I know getting excited about safety pins is odd, but these are great. Sharp, easy to close, stay secure. Love them. I've bought multiple packs to replace my old straight safety pins. Highly recommend for basting!

Dull pins- couldn’t use for quilt basting!
I bought these to baste a quilt, and mixed them in with my other pins. I’m glad I didn’t open them before mixing them in, so it’s easy to pull them out!! These are terrible. Most of the time they’ll go through the first layer, but it’s a nightmare going back up to pin. Before I gave up, I would have to use my fingernail to scratch through the fabric to encourage the pin to come up, stressing the fabric. Complete waste of money, I’m throwing them all away. I normally don’t review products but am very frustrated by these.
