This is perfect for cookies, waffles, pancakes, buns. A little goes a long way, like most almond flavored extracts. I like this more than plain almond extract. It lasts a long time because you don't have to use too much for a great taste. I pair this with orange olive oil in my waffle/pancake mix. My kids love it. I also use it in an Italian cookie mix as a replacement for amaretto liquor.

This extract has a wonderful fresh strawberry flavor. However, it is very potent. You need to use an eye dropper to measure, unlike some other less strong flavorings. If you get a flavor that is too bitter or too much like alcohol, etc, you used too much. I use this to flavor iced tea. For one gallon of fairly strong tea, I use only 1.3 ml of flavoring, which is about 1/4 teaspoon. DO NOT use the normal measures in a recipe to substitute this flavoring - it will be too strong. If you do not believe me about the strength, let me ask you - have you ever tasted vanilla extract straight out of the bottle? Even if you love vanilla in cookies, cakes or tea, etc, you will likely think it tastes horrid and bitter straight out of the bottle! So if you think yours tastes bad, try using less. Note - different Olive Nation extracts are different strengths, so experiment with a little until you know how much you need for a particular recipe. For one gallon of tea, I can use one teaspoon of mango extract, 1/4 tsp of strawberry, 1/16 tsp of watermelon, and less than 1/16 tsp of apricot (I just got eye droppers and need to experiment with the last one - it is really strong!). Excellent blueberry extract. Olive Nation offers many delicious extracts It would be a perfect brand if they packed their product in glass bottles. I took a point off only because it is packed in a soft plastic bottle which could leach microplastics into the extract

I do have to admit I was fooled at first. I ordered Blueberry Flavoring Extract. Looking at the bottle label, it says Blackberry. Don't let that fool you. A barcoded label is adhered and placed onto the bottle label saying it is Blueberry. Happened to me. It may happen to you. I bought this for one purpose only and it works great for it. As the title suggests, I am using this extract for making a flavored 0 carb syrup. I used 1 tsp per 12 oz. of syrup and that gives me an adequate blueberry syrup that tastes like store bought. The 8 oz. bottle of extract should last quite a while, even if you make pancakes or waffles three times a week. Looking forward to blueberry muffins or apple fritters Keto style.

This flavor was so much better than I expected. The flavor is very intense, and a little of it goes a long way. As I added it to my Irish Cream & Coffee Pound Cake (Recipe @ Just A Pinch) I could hardly contain myself, as the batter smelled AWESOME. It was the perfect blend for this cake with just the right amount of flavor. I WANTED TO JUST DEVOUR THE WHOLE BOWL OF CAKE BATTER. I will definitely order from this company again. The quality of this product is SUPERIOR. The shipment was much faster than anticipated, Packaged very well, and I cannot say enough good things about this flavor. I LOVE IT, AND WILL DEFINATELY BE LOOKING FOR MORE CREATIVE WAYS TO USE IT. I can't wait to use it in my cheesecake recipe. Thanks Olive Nation you Rock. Usually when it is called a flavor you need to use more of it, but with this one, it is really more like an EXTRACT TO ME. THAT WORKS WELL IN ALL OF MY BAKING ENDEAVORS AS I DO A LOT OF COOKING MORE THAN 450 RECIPES POSTED, and more than 56,000 that love my style of cooking.
