I have a serious problem with wired headphones. For some reason, even wired headphones that I take very good care of end up with the wires getting pulled in just a way where one ear will stop working, or they only work when you twist them into a specific angle when plugged into your phone, etc... but these headphones are different. I wear my headphones almost 24/7 because I have autism and it helps soothe me, and I listen to loud music all the time as well as using them for gaming and using them for voice chats. These headphones can do it all. They are lightweight, affordable, AND I can wear them in bed while laying on my side for ages without feeling like my ear is going to fall off or explode. The removable microphone is very nice too as long as you don't lose it. I use these headphones every day and have been using them for over 3 years, only having to buy a single replacement pair whereas most headphones only last me like 4-5 months if I'm lucky, even ones at twice the price. The adjustable dial on the headphones themselves is perfect for quick adjustments, and the sound quality is very nice. I haven't noticed much sound leakage (sound escaping the headphones when turned up loud so other people can hear your stuff) compared to other headphones at the same price. If you're like me and you take even bare minimum care of your headphones, this pair will last you forever. I plan on just buying this set of headphones on repeat forever whenever I need a new pair- at least until they stop selling them, because I have NEVER found a pair that's as nice as these, especially on a budget. I would rate these headphones 100 stars If I could.

I was able to pick these up then they were on sale for $35, so that may bias my opinion. That being said, I used to be in video/sound production so I'm pretty picky about my headphones, and these great. I'd happily pay $45 without hesitation. The sound won't blow you away, but they are definitely very good for this price range. The cups provide good isolation and seal, however there is some degree of sound leak. But it's an acceptable amount, and definitely not the worst I've seen. Aesthetically, they are very mature and pleasing too. They don't look like I'm piloting a gundam. There's some electric green on the inside of the cups, but you can't see when wearing them. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods, the controls on the headphones themselves work great, and the removable microphone is an added bonus. I did some voice recordings on my phone with the mic, and it sounds pretty good too. Cannot confirm whether it picks up game sounds (due to sound leak), but I would not be surprised if it does a little bit if you have the sound blasting. Overall very happy.

*This review is for the WIRED version of the headset. I almost didn't purchase these based off of negative reviews saying how the connectivity had issues, but then I realized these reviews seem to be both for the wired and wireless versions. ______________________________________ Summary: This is a very comfortable, high quality headset with hit all of the bases with someone not looking to spend $100+ on a headset that may or may not feel like a bang for your buck. -------------------------------------- Alright so for starters I was looking for some headphones that were an upgrade from my previous Turtle Beach Recon 50P (a great budget headset for anyone in a pinch), and I use my headphones for light gaming, music, and watching movies on my laptop when I go out and about. I've had these for only a handful of days, but will provide an more updated, long-term review down the road when I think of it. I can't stress how dang comfortable the padding is...it's a cushion that easily fits over your whole ear and does not make you sweat like headsets with the leather-like material that many have. The sound is not distorted and hits the bass very well, and they fit very, very well. Behind the left ear there's a little knob that lets you adjust the sound easily, and there's also a convenient switch for the microphone in the same area. I can't speak for the microphone quality yet, but I can tell you that It is detachable and I will update my review when I do end up using it. On the box it literally has a statement saying something on the lines of, "This feels way more expensive then what it is!", I'm inclined to full-heartedly agree with that. Hope this review helps anyone that's on the fence!

I decided on the SteelSeries Arctis 1 looking for a versatile gaming headset, and they didn't disappoint in that regard. The design is very comfortable and lightweight, which is appreciated during long gaming sessions, and the sound quality is quite good for the price, both for gaming and for listening to music or watching movies. The cross-platform compatibility (PC, consoles) is a big plus. However, I've noticed that the microphone, while working well, doesn't always capture my voice as clearly as I'd like in noisy environments. Additionally, the cables tend to tangle easily, which I had to untangle several times. Overall, they're a very solid and functional option, but there are some small details that could be improved to make them a standout product.

I have been using these for about a year now. The sound is amazing, the versatility of them is super convenient with all the adaptors it came with. I give them a solid 9/10 Only con is when you use them with the aux adaptor the mic mute light doesn't enable and disable visually even though the mic does mute.

Ich habe mehrere Produkte probiert und das war das einzige "budget" Headset, welches mich überzeugt hat. Zum hören konnte man die alle benutzen aber das Mikro punktet bei der SteelSeries auch!

It's now 3 years old, it did well. Positive : the battery still lasts for hours, still has good sound quality on both speakers and mic. Negative: the usb mini charge port is worn out, the plastic headband broke, replacement ear pads were needed All in all its worth the money and I'm still using it as a backup

السماعه صوتها جميل جدا مع امكانيه تعديل الصوت من خلال السوفت وير الخاص بيها وكمان المايك القابل للفصل عن السماعه وتركيبه وقت ماتحب دي حلوه جدا سلبيات :- البلاستيك بتاع السماعه مش قوي السلك بتاع السماعه خفيف جدا لدرجة انه ممكن يتقطع منك لمجرد انه يتشد شده بسيطه جدا بالغلط كنت اتمنى تكون السماعه بتدعم وصلة Aux بدلا من السلك التعبان ده

Había comprado primero los JBL Quantum 100, excelentes pero las almohadillas de las orejas son sintéticas y sudaba mucho. Después unos HyperX, me apretaban la cabezota pero excelente sonido y micrófono, luego unos Corsair, pésimo micrófono pero cómodos y buen sonido, probé unos AstroGaming muy ligeros excelente sonido y micrófono pero las orejeras están muy reducidas. Al final después de ver algunos vídeos en internet compré los steel series. Excelentes por dónde lo vean, son los más caros de todos los que comenté pero valen cada centavo. Micrófono nítido, audio excelente, orejeras cómodas y no sudas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
