I started using Vital Oxide disinfectant for household cleaning, especially in areas with bathroom mold and mildew. In the past, I used a bleach solution, but the smell was very strong and irritating to my breathing. After switching to Vital Oxide, I found the odor to be much lighter. The results were visible. It helped clean and remove stubborn black mold in the corner of my shower room. I also sprayed it in our room, and my child’s allergy symptoms seemed better the next day. Overall, I am very happy with this product. It is effective, easy to use, and much more comfortable than bleach for indoor cleaning. I highly recommend it and will definitely buy it again.

Vital Oxide is something I 100% swear by. I encountered it first at work, where we use it to sanitize our lobby and triage rooms. It is incredibly safe and simple to use. It kills all the ickies without staining fabrics, safe as a multi-surface cleaner and disinfectant for both professional settings—and yes, even at home! I’ve never personally ordered it for household use, but after over two years of using it nightly at work, it became something I wanted to be able to utilize as a personal residential cleaning supply! I love that it disinfects yet is safe around pets, can encounter skin without being a major chemical issue, and doesn’t require wearing a mask as one might due to harsh chemicals. This stuff is heaven sent. I purchased the larger container vs. the spray bottle, as price per ounce was significantly different: the bigger bottle equates more bang for your buck. My order arrived with no leaks. The container is durable plastic, so you can fill an empty spray bottle and it is ready to use! I cleaned my heart out today and am thrilled. The only other recommendation I have would be to purchase a spray gun or pump sprayer to use this more efficiently. Otherwise, will likely buy again and cannot recommend it enough.

Stellar product. And I’ve tried countless cleaning solutions and have some solid enzyme-based ones I like. But this one saved the day, worked instantly on multiple surfaces. I have a 13 y/o dog with seizures who has a massive accident during latest seizure which got between cushions, in frame cracks and crevices and even into memory foam cushion. I sprayed everything and smell and stains were neutralized faster than I’ve ever seen something work. I’m blown away.

This stuff is great at getting rid of mildew smells, but you'll need to make a few passes at it and get it wet. We had a grease trap in a down vent oven that needed cleaning and after that rancid smelling grease was cleared, this stuff obliterated the odor in minutes. Again make sure you get it damp and self dry. Love it

For heavier grime or buildup, you’ll still need some scrubbing or a stronger dedicated cleaner. Also, while the smell is mild, it’s not completely odorless like some people might expect. Not sure how effective it is with mold either. Great to use when you have stinky teenagers!!! I add about half a cup to a cup of this into my teens' laundry.... If it isn't strong enough, then you can add vinegar. Works super well; I ALWAYS keep this on hand in my laundry area.
