After only 6 weeks.... might be too early to tell but..... after years of abusing my gut... drinking coffee all day on an empty stomach & then stuffing my face at night after work.... my gut was in bad shape.... gallbladder problems which turned into ulcer issues ..... this product- combined with ginger root & digestive enzymes has given me my life back. Thanks to this product & the very real holistic market for medicine... you too may be able to improve the quality of your life. * update - after 3 months it seems drinking around 8oz of water ( or more if you’re losing hydration ) per hour….along with a few of these herbs/supplements daily- is the key to my issues. Personally. May have been chronic dehydration the entire time. If you have issues with cramping/nausea & loss of appetite- I’d suggest actually hydrating. It will seem weird at first… yet I’d recommend perseverance. Despite 100% of health professionals imploring us to avoid choleric beverages/diuretics & hydrate———generally … we don’t. These products will provide relief - I doubt they work nearly as well without proper hydration. Still give the product 5 stars- as it performs better than most probiotic blends & enzymes I’ve tried. Hydration, Ginger root & GLR changed my life for the better. *** 2nd update. I stopped taking these supplements with the exception of ginger root & opted to try a combination of hydration & food. It took 7-8 months but I seem to have corrected the issues I’ve had from prescription antibiotics. Yogurt ( tons ) - honey, avocados, eggs, seeds & grains, coconut oil ( w everything I cook ), green veggies, beans & more beans, chicken & salmon. I’m not knocking this product. It’s necessary if you’re super F’d up in the gut. Drink 25oz of warm water to start your day from now on & thank me later. 3rd update… March 22, 2023 Hydration was definitely a huge issue. I’ve added Turmeric to my arsenal as well. Works wonders if you have any inflammation. If yogurt helps you I’d continue eating it. After trial & error I discovered it’s not necessary for me. I enjoy it as a treat these days as opposed to regular consumption. At this point I rarely have pain on my right side ( appendix removed decades ago ) …. Occasionally I get discomfort only bc of slightly over eating. I attribute this progress mainly to hydration & no junk food ever ( fast food is death ) … we are what we eat after all. These supplements will help but you gotta change your lifestyle if you are here looking for answers.

I have been buying this for 2 years now and his had greatly improved my digestive health from gastritis and food poisoning. I have been able to use this instead of famotidine and omeprazole. There is no funny smell or taste either. This product is a life saver for helping with inflammation and assisted me with losing weight during my flare up.

I bought this months ago and quit after a few capsules, then forgot about it. Then recently I found the bottle and couldn't remember why I stopped taking them before. I reread the reviews and was hopeful these could help my leaky gut and whatever else is going on. Five days into taking them again, I remembered why I didn't like them before: worsening symptoms. :-( I REALLY wanted this to work because the ingredients are amazing! Sadly, at least for now, I cannot take these. So disappointed!

I’ve tried a lot of different meds including the TERRA acid reducer, Prilosec and this actually heals. It’s not reactive. I took this for 15 days and stopped. Haven’t had any symptoms since. I do maintain a low oxalate and low acid diet.

I felt a big improvement after using it. I don’t have bloated stomach, my bowel is regular and I have no flare ups of my psoriasis. This is my 4th bottle and I’m happy with the results.
