Strap Broke After 3rd Use!
Very disappointed with this purchase! The beautiful color and style drew me in, but when I used this purse for the 3rd time since I purchased it only 5 weeks ago, one of the strap holders broke on me because of what appears like poor stitching of it (see photos). Unable to receive a return due to the return/exchange window having closed, so now I'm stuck with a broken purse that can't be used.

I was trying to downsize. I love the two compartments, additional pockets and crossbody strap. Great price.

I received this Nov 1, 2025. I gave it 4 stars because it is cute. I carried it approximately 4 weeks and today it broke at the strap stitching. It’s too late to return and I’m not sure the cost of repair but will check that out soon. Minus 2 stars. Caution: not a well made product.

This is so very well made. Lightweight & great size with the perfect amount of room. The look is classic & can be paired with work clothes & jeans. I would highly recommend this purse.

Disappointed with Dasein Women Tassel Zipper Pocket Crossbody Bag
It is beautiful. Bought it in September may have used it three times and the strap came off of the side of the purse. It definitely was not sew on well enough. I only had a few things in the purse so it wasn’t heavy. It’s too large to use as a clutch. Very disappointing.
